The location couldn’t be better—very close to the beach and town, with beautiful ocean views. We walked to the beach and the town multiple times each day with a toddler and infant to give an idea of how walkable the area is. The unit was stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach, which made traveling with young kids so easy. The ocean was perfect for our family, and the free trolley access made exploring the area a breeze without ever having to use our car. The outdoor shower with warm water was an added bonus at the end of the beach day! Bikes, helmuts, fire ring, coolers, wagons and fluffy beach towels were available also. The catch? We just had our first child, so we weren’t planning on going anywhere this year, but then found this beautiful condo an hour from our home!! Right when we checked in we knew we made the right decision. The hosts had set up a a great welcome party for us upon our arrival!! There was a complementary bottle of wine waiting for us on the kitchen counter, music was playing, and windows were open allowing the beach breeze hit us as we stepped in. The condo was extremely clean and has great modern amenities, including a heated toilet seat and dimmable lights throughout the property. The location is excellent with only a short two minute walk to the San Clemente pier and beach. We took advantage of happy hour at the delicious restaurant in the pier, and had coffee upon our checkout at the trendy coffee shop across from the pier. Directions for checkout were listed on the fridge which made leaving the property simple and without worry. We definitely plan on returning soon for a much longer stay!!
