CLEANLINESS is a high priority for our listings! There is always a thorough, sanitizing cleaning between guests from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches.

Please remember this is a home, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

We are conveniently located near the 5-Freeway, also provided for your convenience are complimentary earplugs.

Transportation arrangements are recommended for this location.

In the living room, we have a pull out sofa that converts into a queen size bed, that sleeps two adults. In addition, in the living room, we have an ottoman that converts into a single bed, sleeps one adult. In the bedroom we have a super comfy King size bed :)

-  If you open it- close it; if you borrow it- return it; if you turn it on- turn it off; if you break it- fix it; if you use it- take care of it; if you make a mess- clean it up; if you move it- put it back.
- If you have any issues arise during your stay, we, your hosts are your First and Primary point of contact — Please message us first through the Messaging platform.
- No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays - this includes "social gatherings" of any definition or reason.
- Do not have more guest than stated in your reservation.
- No unapproved visitors.
- Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
- No Smoking anywhere on the premises — No Smoking in the backyard — No Smoking in front of the property.
- Quiet Hours begin at 10PM — No disturbance, especially Noise after 10PM.
- No Loud music.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or in or around the premises.
- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
- We are not responsible for any items left behind.
- There will be a handling & shipping fee for returning requested items to you.
- Mail service not supported — We suggest guests who require mail delivery, set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS Store or US Postal Service.
- For the safety, security, and quiet enjoyment of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of this home is monitored 24/7 by video and audio.
- Decibel level monitoring is enabled at the premises.
- Occupancy sensors are enabled at the premises.
- Guests are not to remove, tamper with or modify any electronic devices at the premises.

- FEES: Lost TV, Fan, AC, or Apple TV remote control will result in a $125 Charge per lost remote.
- FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge per occurrence.
- FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every 30 minutes after 11AM is an additional $75 charge.
- FEES: Unauthorized removal or modification of any electronic device, will result in $125 charge per occurrence.

All guest are required to complete our ID Verification process and sign our Rental Agreement online prior to be given access to property.
