Called the "Spanish Village by the Sea", San Clemente is best known for the famous pier, world famous surfing, quaint downtown / shops / restaurants and beautiful beach. Highly upgraded, you'll feel like you're in a 5-star resort. Spacious Living Room with Flat Screen TV (cable channels included!), Fireplace and comfortable sofa offers great place to relax after a busy day, enjoy the views. Sit on the balcony while reading your favorite book, drinking a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The views of the pier, beach and coastline are amazing! The Master Suite features a King-Size bed, lots of closet space, and ensuite Bath plus TV. Luxury linens and plush towels add to your comfort. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo checked all the boxes for our family of five. Great view of the ocean and city, walking distance to all of the restaurants both at the beach and Avenida Del Mar \[5 min walk\]. You really don't need a car. Additionally, there is a free trolly that stops right outside the gate of the complex. The furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen has all the cooking supplies you will need if you feel like cooking. Hot tub + heated pool if you don't feel like going to the beach. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Rental was perfect to accommodate my family during our stay. It was 1hr from the San Diego airport. So many restaurants within a mile and walkable if you can walk the hills. We enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning and night people watching and listening to the waves. There is no A/C but in Oct. we really didn't need it there were fans if needed. There were a few things that could use some attention like the toilet in one bathroom that wobbles and the ice maker did not work. One thing I wish there was when we arrived was some information of the immediate area grocery store, shops, restaurants where garbage/recycling goes and how to prepare for move out. Overall I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. ##### kelley c. We had everything we needed, and above all (the view and location was amazing. Our family lives in San Clemente and they were so happy for us that we had such a prime location, if you're a local, you know how nice it is just to walk to the beach. Daughters loved tanning at the pool/beach and exploring on their own. The tv in the main room has cable but no streaming services, so bring a TV stick if streaming is important. The unit was dated, but spacious and exactly what we needed. The second bathroom was a tight fit, but it was nice to have laundry in unit.
