Quick walk to the beach (uphill on the way back). Tons of food options. Close to grocery stores/coffee shops. Great beaches for surfing, boogie boarding and for kids to play (loved the swings at the beaches too). Onsite laundry was great. Owner was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend. ##### Valerie L. There was ample room for our family of four and it really is more spacious than the pictures suggest. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy, and having all the beach ear was fantastic! We loved being able to walk to town and to the beach. Being there on July 4th was extra fun and exciting! Communication with Jen, both ahead of time and while there was great! I would love to return and definitely recommend staying here if you're traveling to San Clemente! ##### Mark P. We enjoyed staying for 2 weeks at your beach house after the birth of our grandson . The great location allowed us to easily walk to our son and daughter in lawā€™s house, as well as take long walks on the beach . Your house was well appointed with everything we needed ! This cute little beach house was a perfect location within walking distance to shopping, the pier and Starbucks. My cousins were staying in VRBOā€™s within two blocks so this was ideal. The parking space was perfect which is important because San Clemente has become a difficult town to find parking. I would definitely recommend this cute little beach house to anyone visiting town. We were in town for a celebration of life party following my father in laws passing. It was nice to have a peaceful place to decompress after multiple family events. The place was clean and cozy. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed with nice linens. While the location is in the heart of downtown San Clemente, we found it quiet. On our arrival day, Jean turned the lights and heater on for us because we would be getting there late. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit family. ##### Julia J.
