Distinguished by its two majestic palm trees, Casa Clemente Las Palmas provides an ideal setting for those who want to be in the heart of San Clemente’s quaint beach town, with easy access to dining, bars, shops, breweries, wineries, and more. The home is situated among many wedding venues, including Casa Romantica, La Ventura, and The Casino San Clemente. Are you a fan of the NFL? Free access to any and all NFL games + NFL Redzone on any of the TVs throughout the house. Casa Clemente Las Palmas is perfect for families who want to surf or spend a day at the beach, while coming back to a home centrally located to take advantage of all of San Clemente’s great dining options. Or if you prefer to stay home, you will be able to prepare meals in a fully-stocked kitchen with high-end Thermador oven and appliances, or else have a family barbecue on the rooftop deck. You will have access to an enclosed two-car garage with a Tesla compatible electric car charger. Stops for the free local trolley (available on weekends year-round and everyday from Memorial Day through September) and regional trains are easily accessible, making a car almost unnecessary even for those who want explore beyond San Clemente’s core attractions. The home is right off the I-5 in between Disneyland and Legoland. Casa Clemente Las Palmas, built in 2020, has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, as well as a fully-stocked kitchen, a family room, and a rooftop deck. Each bedroom has en suite bathrooms. One bedroom is downstairs and is furnished with a queen sized bed and 43” smart TV. The other two bedrooms are on the second level. The Master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, and has a full bathroom, 58” smart TV, and walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed, a 58” smart TV, and a full bathroom. Stored under the bed in that room is a foldable cot that can sleep one additional person. The family room is equipped with a 70” smart TV with streaming services, a cushy couch, and a gas fireplace There are also two chairs that convert to small kids’ beds. On the rooftop deck, you will find a seating area, chat table, swing chair, a propane two-grill BBQ, and beautiful gas fireplace. From the rooftop, you’ll have views of the ocean, downtown San Clemente, and the San Clemente hillside. The garage fits two cars, with additional parking on the street. The driveway must be kept clear as the carport is for the exclusive use of the neighboring property. Accommodations are gorgeous and very well appointed. Easy check in and such responsive owners. Location is great for beach and downtown activities. Amazing rooftop area we THOROUGHLY enjoyed. Great location, so clean, fully stocked with everything you need. Walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants. Luxury finishes make you feel like you are staying at a 5 star resort. The perfect home for our wedding weekend! We used this home for the bridesmaids to get ready in the morning of our wedding. The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious with lots of natural lighting. This was our second time staying there and already booking for next year. Great host. Perfect location. Super clean. We literally did not drive anywhere with the close proximity to downtown with shopping and restaurants and the trolley to the beach everyday. Home is big enough where everyone has their own space. The location was perfect and accommodations extremely well maintained. We were very pleased with everything. Loved having separate bathrooms for every bedroom and being able to have our morning coffee on the rooftop deck. There was also beach equipment available that we didn’t have time to enjoy. From check-in to check-out, Robert made everything perfectly smooth and straightforward. The home was beautiful and had wonderful and thoughtful touches throughout the whole house. My husband and I stayed with 4 of our friends here and had a great time. The location is also excellent with plenty of places to eat/drinks nearby. The place is also <20 min walk to the beach and the pier! Thank you for an excellent stay. What a wonderful getaway at Casa Clemente Las Palmas! Pictures don't do it justice and you canNOT beat the BR/BA ratio. Each BR has an ensuite bathroom + 1 powder room for the home. Every detail has been thought through and accounted for, even high-end built-in closets in each BR and gourmet kitchen appliances. The location is just a few walkable blocks from "Downtown San Clemente" - great restaurants, boutiques, and French patisseries! The rooftop has both ambiance and aesthetic, with picturesque sunset and water views (and a cozy fireplace so that the conversations can continue on cool beach evenings). We loved feeling like locals, and Rob was an incredible host available for our various "n00bie" related questions. Definitely a 5-star stay! ##### Theresa S.
