Located on the 3rd level, it offers ocean breezes, a spacious balcony with peekaboo ocean views, a cozy fireplace, and a secret kids’ hideaway/playroom that families absolutely love. With air-conditioning, open living spaces, and plenty of room to unwind, you’ll feel right at home on the coast. Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: King bed, bright décor, ensuite full bathroom, and private deck with partial ocean view. Bedroom 2: Two queen beds and a second living room. Bedroom 3: Queen bed and twin bed, ideal for families. Bedroom 4: Queen bed Living Room: Spacious seating area with pullout sofa, 65-inch TV, fireplace, and sliding doors to the balcony. Secret Kids’ Hideaway: A dedicated playroom designed for children to explore and enjoy their own space. HEAT & AC Central heating and air conditioning, which is uncommon in beach homes. KITCHEN Kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crockpot, drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Basic cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and kitchen tools are provided. WHAT’S INCLUDED High-speed WiFi and Streaming TV.
