Overall its a beautiful property. I would highly recommend staying in the Coral Level if you can, its so much better! Unfortunately during the time we were there (end of July), the sargassum (seaweed) was really bad. The reaort crew is continuously cleaning the beach but the beach was pretty unusable the first couple of days. The food was much better in the Coral Level, if you stay there make sure to eat the breakfast ans lunch buffets there, the food is much better. A lot of their restaurants were closed during our stay, we got reservations at the Italian place. The food and atmosphere were really bad! Our favorite place to eat was the El Faro.
The spa is amazing, you must try it! Overall a very enjoyable stay, with excellent service, we look forward to going back.

The rooms smells weird and only I am giving them 2 stars as the staff clean the room well also there is only few option for chep liquor the good liquor is for purchase than what's the point of all inclusive the restaurant food is not good at all and there is no spice for spice food lovers I will not stay there again the resort never have given the welcome package and end of the day tey are just makeing excusies for the welcome package The room had an unpleasant odor, which is why I’m giving it just 2 stars. Although the staff cleans well, the options for affordable liquor are limited; the better selections require additional payment, making the all-inclusive package feel misleading. The restaurant food was disappointing and lacked flavor, particularly for those who enjoy spicy dishes. In addition, I won't be returning, as the resort did not provide the promised welcome package, and their excuses were unconvincing.

Very clean resort. Staff was phenomenal. No wait at any of the restaurants. We didn’t get to use the beach because of the seaweed but nothing that resort could do about that.
