Urbana apartments

There were five of us so we felt the pressure of only one bathroom. We should have booked two separate apartments so can’t mark them down for that. Having a kitchen after being on the road for two weeks with three kids was a godsend. Great location. Very safe.

El edificio es nuevo y super bien hubicado, el departamento tiene buena vista al lago pero la cama deberian cambiarla y poner una cama matrimonial real ya que son dos camas individuales con un cobertor que las une y cuando te acostas se nota la union , ademas las sabanas son de muy mala calidad.

Apartamento excelente, confortável e bem equipado! Até banheira tem no banheiro e nosso filho amou! A comunicação com a proprietária e administradora sempre presente e com respostas. Só tivemos o problema com o aquecimento, pois não funcionou por duas noites, mas resolveram o mais rápida possível

El apartamento es muy cómodo para 3 personas, estaba bien equipado y acorde a lo que esperábamos. La vista del 505 es increíble. Las cosas que no nos gustaron fueron la temperatura de la piscina, que no invitaba ni a entrar ni a quedarse y de noche se escucha la música muy alta de los boliches, pero siempre estábamos cansados así que no fue un gran problema.

Lugar muy acogedor, de las mejores vistas que se pueden tener en el centro de Bariloche, es precioso, además es super sencillo desplazarse en transporte público y caminar por el centro cívico, donde hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas y por supuesto el lago Nahuel Huapi.

Muy accesible. La limpieza del sobre de la cocina, no era la apropiada. Para la puerta principal y baño, los llavines no servían. A pesar de que indica prohibición de fumar, en todo el piso que nos ubicamos, el olor a marihuana era muy fuerte (nos sucedió en dos días). El edificio está sobre una calle principal y junto a un bar, por lo que es bastante ruidoso -con alboroto y policía incluido hasta las 7am-

Taxa inesperada

O único problema maior foi uma taxa de limpeza de U$25 que não constava no preço anunciado pela Hoteis.com. Pediram-nos que reclamassem com este site, e é o que faço agora, espetando o reembolso em meu cartão de crédito.
