There is a public transit stop 50 metres away and it is 200 metres from the central beach on Nahuel Huapi Lake. It is a well-equipped studio, with central heating, good lighting with a large window overlooking the Civic Center and the lake. The building has elevators, security cameras and 24-hour surveillance.
