Room was clean and comfortable. Was upgraded to garden view. 1 minute walk to bus stop with very frequent service to city centre. Cafe was spacious and offered nice surroundings to work while enjoying good coffee and a tasty pintxos. Free parking. Room service every other day.

The hotel is beautiful! Great location for the old town, pintoxs restaurants, the market and half hour walk from the Guggenheim.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
We would definitely stay here again.

Good location though took a little while to find the hotel as it’s not brilliantly signposted. But the staff and the rooms are nice. Quiet, and the bed is comfortable. Walkable along the river to the old town.
