Upon entry, you are greeted by an expansive living room with cathedral ceilings, chandeliers, and gorgeous wood beams. The home has been tastefully renovated with many eclectic furniture pieces that are just right for the space and environment. This living room has a large sitting area with modern couch. Large windows here allow beautiful natural light in along with the amazing sunset/ sunrise and rose garden views. The gorgeous kitchen has brand new designer appliances and everything else you need to cook a fabulous meal with family and friends or just make a perfect cup of coffee in the morning to make you feel home. We do not allow access to the guesthouse. The guesthouse is an attached, but separate unit from the main house. It shares a driveway with the main house but has its own private entrance, private parking area, and private yard. There is full privacy for both the house with no connections to each other. We do not allow access to the garage. Its a wonderful safe neighborhood and we can\`t wait to share it with you. In most cases, I will meet you on arrival to give you a tour of the space. You will have my phone number and you can call me at any time if you need anything, I am more than happy to help you decide where to eat, drink and play. I live very close by but I won\`t be invading your space during your stay. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our house is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with well landscaped mature trees. If you like walking and running, then it’s a place for you! We are 5 min walk to Redlands Community hospital, 2.2 miles to University of Redlands, and 6 min drive to Loma Linda University, Downtown Redlands and major attractions. The Downtown Redlands corridor is speckled with local parks, historic sites, old orange groves and an Umbrella Alley. Held every Thursday night, the Market Night was established in 1988 and is a great place to be at. If you fancy the fare of an English pub, Greek cuisine, hot n’ spicy Mexican food, or crave a hearty burger, downtown restaurants and wine bars offer all that and more! Afterwards, take a stroll down to tree-lined streets and top off your meal with an ice cream or delicious specialty dessert. SECURITY CAMERAS: We have 24/7 security cameras on the exterior of property only. These are security cameras focused on the entryways and designed to maintain privacy while enjoying our home. GUESTS: Only the guests on the confirmed reservation are allowed on the property. No of guests exceeding 8 needs a pre-approval from the host. Your guests are welcomed to come and visit you but not stay. PETS : We have a strict no pet policy. PARTY/EVENT: We have zero tolerance to any party/events. In an event of breach, you will be strictly asked to leave immediately and vacate the property. POOL: We charge $250 to heat the pool upfront and then $150 per day. We need 2 days of advance notice and payment if you wish to heat the pool. We charge $25 per day to heat the spa. WHOLE HOUSE FAN: It brings in fresh air inside the house. Please make sure you open up a window/sliding door before turning on the fan to prevent vacuum. CLEANING: Your health and wellbeing are our top priority. Our home is disinfected, sanitized, and cleaned to the highest standard after each checkout. As a Host, my aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay in our house. But to do so, I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. I know, I know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience! Parking: Park your car off the Olive Ave, please do not block the mail box to make sure the mail guy can timely deliver our mails. No Camper van or RV parking is allowed. Needs host approval for more than 2 cars. Kitchen: Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving. Please enjoy your meal only in the dining room. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. A/C and Heating: The property has 2 smart thermostat located in the living room and 2nd floor hallway. User manual is provided in the House Guide. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Noise: As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 9pm if possible. No parties or events. Laundry: There is a washer and dryer available for you to use, with washing powder in the trolley. Keep the used towels in the laundry basket provided in each room. Please use make-up remover to wash off make-up\`s. Don\`t use towels to wipe off your make-up’s. Thank you! Child Safety: Keep a close eye on your kids while around pool and balcony. Pool is kept fenced. Smoking: No smoking inside the house. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property. Trash: Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin before checkout. Extra garbage can is disposed off in the big black trash can behind the gate next to the pool unit. Pets: STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED either guest or visitors. I am an animal lover myself, but sadly some guests are allergic to animal hair and it can have disastrous consequences. So I have made the decision not to accept pets in my home. I hope you can understand. Incidence: Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. No pets allowed. We worked together throughout the day in the home, then spent the evenings enjoying great restaurants in the area. The house was spacious and clean and suited our needs perfectly. It was near to shopping and other amenities. Hetavi was a gracious host who addressed any issues we had and gave us great advice for accessing services and restaurants in the area. The rest of my family is very discriminating when it comes to accommodations and they were all extremely pleased with my choice.Would gladly come for a return visit in the future! ##### Jeffery A. We had grown kids, grandkids, and grandmas with us and the property was everything we desired! There was plenty of space for us to gather, or to have some quiet relaxing time. The place was beautiful and comfortable. It had plenty of space for me and my now-wife to get ready with our bridesmaids and family. Plenty of photo op spots in and around the house too. This home is beautiful! The bedrooms are spacious and relaxing. Plenty of room for everybody and our guests, which ranged from 86 years "young" to 4 months old! The home is in a beautiful neighborhood in town. We are planning a return trip when it is warmer, summertime, so we can jump in the pool!! ##### Angela W. From the check-in process to the very quick response from Hetavi, the entire experience was perfect. The neighborhood is quite, with lovely sidewalks for early morning walks and the house is perfectly appointed for ease. Everything is market so you know exactly were to find what you need - NO SEARCHING. Great location to explore the area and a quick jump to Palm Springs. The pool and hot tub are welcome additions to the beautifully appointed home. We were sad to leave, our stay was so wonderful. I highly recommend this property - you will NOT be disappointed! My husband, our older son and wife, and their thirteen-year-old and ten-year-old daughters were all ensconced in separate bedrooms and our own bathrooms ( to the special delight of the younger girl ). In the kitchen, cooking and serving were facilitated by Hetavi Shah’s thoughtful labeling of each cupboard door and drawer. The kitchen windows and sliding glass doors by the bistro table made it easy to supervise the girls in the heated pool (although with their years of swimming lessons and ability to swim like seals, they were way ahead of their grandmother—me). The location was superb! It was close by any of the vegetarian eateries we chose, plus easy for our younger son and his family to meet up with us at those eateries. We recommend staying at this VRBO to anyone who wants a comfortable and convenient place, as well as an excellent host) to stay in Redlands, CA. ##### Tamara R. This house has someone living in an area of a house in the first floor. We dont have access to this area, we dont see the person in the house. However, I am sure they can hear everything we do inside the house. They had it listed as a seperate property. But its not seperate. Its in the same house. Due to this you can only have one car on to the driveway because someone else's car is there. This is the reason why I gave this property a low overall rating. I also give a low rating for cleanliness due to insects in the rooms and bathrooms. My girls happen to have a sharp eye for ants and spiders and they are terrified of it. The small details matter.
