"Room not available when we arrived. Their excuse was that they have 8 floors compared to other hotels. Sink was clogged and bed had a dip in the middle. Carpet along the hallway was very dirty."

Marriott Riverside at the Convention Center
"I am a light sleeper and asked not to be put next to elevators. Guess what? The snooty guy desk person gave me a room behind all three elevators shafts. Do not accept room 807, it is noisy and the toilet leaks all night. I am even considered a Bonvoy member yet I get treated worse than I was at any ..."
