    "Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

    "I had a large comfortably furnished room. It was in a quiet location and was very clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice. The staff offer freshly cooked eggs at breakfast. The staff were very professional and helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool and a roof top terrace and bar. This is a very comfortable and well appointed hotel in the centre of Seville within a couple of minutes walk of the Cathedral. I thoroughly recommend this hotel."
