"When we arrived at the apartment and called the host he said there was an issue with the current apartment and there was another that he was going to send us to. I had read a previous review with the same situation and it just felt like it was a scam.we didn't feel safe going to another location.the host wasn't willing to work with us to help us get a refund. "The rooms were all clean, towels, soap and individual packs of shampoo. The bathrooms are basic, but clean. Plenty of space for a large group. Working fridge and microwave. There are not other options to cook if that is needed, but it worked for our group. Host was very attentive! "
