The house was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped though the frying pans should be replaced. There is only one parking spot. The greatest concern is the entrance stairway. Three flights of stairs with two turns and no handrails. The steps are finished in ceramic, which makes them slippery if wet. These stairs are dangerous. I would not recommend renting to senoirs or families with small children. Addition of handrails would solve this problem. Similarly for the stairs leading to the lower level. The mattress on our bed was good but the pillows were terrible, small and spongy. There are no additional blankets so we used the comforter from another unused bedroom. We rented in early February and the house was cold because the walls are not insulated as typical for Spanish homes. The pellet stove bearly managed to keep the house warm. Fortunately the owner was kind enough to supply a few extra bags of pellets. The living room would benefit from a few extra pillows and blanket. The TV channels are almost all German with very few English or French news only channels. The property manager was kind and responded quickly to our requests.
