The floor in my room and throughout the property was unkempt. The air conditioner in the main check in area and dining area did not work, they had to leave doors open to ventilate. Heritage Inn Suites San Antonio Airpt, Trademark by Wyndham
Staff was awesome and moved us to ground level when elevator went out. My husband is handicapped and that kept him from going up and down stairs. Staff even helped me move our things from the 3rd floor to the ground level.
