"Great luxury hotel. It is a bit pricy. Although we had trouble with our mini-fridge it was broken, the hotel staff did respond the next day to fix it. We didnt get to use the occupancy fee credit that your automatically charged. Oh well. Great stay all around."

"Each time we tried to use the pool there were no towels. We had to let the front desk know and eventually the towels would be replenished. Also the hot tub jets come on and off at random. There's not a button to activate them. You just have to take advantage of it while they happen to be going."
