It is located on a 3500 sqm plot, so you can enjoy the peace and nature to the fullest. Parking is available on the property. The house has a covered terrace, which is equipped with wooden terrace furniture and a Weber charcoal grill. The house can accommodate up to 5 people. The windows and the front door were completely new in 2019\. There are fly screens on most windows, so you can ventilate evenings without any problems. There is a closed bedroom with a double bed, a plateau under the roof (accessible via a fixed ladder) with 2 single beds and a sofa bed that stands in a niche. In the middle of the spacious and open kitchen is a dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything important (incl. Fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, Senseo machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes etc.) An iron, ironing board, hair dryer and clothes horse are available. In the living room area there is next to the comfortable seating still a closed fireplace (for use). The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower, a sink, toilet and a washing machine. In the bathroom there is a heater. Bed linen and towels must be brought by yourself. Inner duvets and pillows are provided. From the property there are various beautiful hiking trails that invite to short or longer walks. A riverbed is also located directly below the property. A nice destination is for example the church on the mountain of Sampzon, from which one has a wonderful view over the whole valley. The house is absolutely in the countryside and you hear the crickets and the birds chirping ... There are no road noise. Only a neighbor who drives past ... Numerous swimming areas, shops, cafes and restaurants can be reached in a short time by car (not possible on foot). The town of Ruoms can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. There is a large supermarket, bakery, butcher, wine shop, hardware store etc. In Ruoms there is a small shopping street with many shops, restaurant and cafes. Netheid was maar 3 sterren. Je kon ook niet zelf wat poetsen. Helaas heel veel insecten in het huisje. Kevers en zaagsel vielen gewoon uit het plafond. La maison est également le lieu de départ de très belles randonnées qui surplombent l'ardêche (le cours d'eau :-) . Ruoms est à 5 minutes avec toutes les facilités. La propriétaire a su répondre très rapidement à nos échanges. Das Haus hat eine wirklich tolle und ruhige Lage . Hier kann man super entspannen und dem Alltag entfliehen . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind aber in unmittelbarer Nähe zahlreich vorhanden. Das Bad ist ganz Neu und sieht sehr schick aus. Im Haus war alles sehr sauber und auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Es war wirklich alles wichtige vorhanden und es fehlte an nichts . Abends konnte man auf der schönen großen Terrasse den Grillen zuhören . Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls problemlos. It was comfortable and very well equipped with a brand new bathroom and an excellent shower. We kept the shutters closed so the house was always cool even when it was 35 outside. It was totally secluded and there were masses of lovely butterflies and a never ending cicada chorus! The house was close to Ruoms and several other attractive villages were within easy driving distance. The only downside was that you needed to use the car to reach shops, cafes etc and also get to the river for a cooling dip. Ideal for a couple - (not so sure about the upstairs accessed by a ladder). Très chouette propriété avec beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur.
