There was a shortage of towels and washcloths (no washcloths actually). Make sure you know what exactly you are reserving because pictures show rooms that are actually locked and not available without paying more to have access to those rooms. Rules were a lot more strict that most places I have stayed in through VRBO, such as no shoes allowed and must wear slippers. No washing of clothes before two days of staying, Very protective of the property, although very polite and easy to work with. There is no air conditioning in the house, but fans were provided.
