"We had ten nights at the hotel and I can honestly say it was faultless. The staff are wonderful, the bedrooms comfortable and so roomy and the whole hotel is exceptionally clean. There is a palpable sense of pride in the hotel which is reflected in how well it is run and maintained. We shall definitely return."

"Gosh where to start! This villa is absolutely beautiful. The pictures definitely need updating for the interior as it's very modern, very clean and very big the current pictures do not do it justice. The whole property is exceptionally clean and bright. The air-conditioning is fantastic also. The views from the upper balcony leading off the main bedroom are exceptional. The views from the downstairs living room are also exceptional. The villa is located only 5 minutes drive to Sami perfect if you have a car during your stay. There is also a top section in the garden with a pergola with a barbecue and seating. This was a perfect place to watch the sun go down over the mountains. The village is very quiet therefore our whole stay was peaceful and very very relaxing and if you like immersing yourself in a little Greek villiage this is the one for you. Spiros the owner is a wonderful kind person and an absoloute gentlemen. Spiros lives just down the lane from the villa therefore any problems he is right on hand. The swimming pool is absolutely amazing and not very deep. You can actually walk around it at the sides as there is a raised level underneath the water. We had many many happy times playing ball etc. The views from the pool level are exceptional also. You have 360 degree views of either mountains, the valley or the sea down to Sami. We have already booked for next year as this place is a greek gem and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else."

"A beautiful property close to Fiskardo and Foki beach, but would recommend having a car! Gorgeous pool, lots of seating areas looking over the sea. Would definitely visit again."

"Our hosts, Popi and Panis were extremely kind and attentive. They served us a daily delicious breakfast. The villa is in a great location in Assos! It's just a block away from the town center. There's 3 parking areas. You'll need to know where they are when you arrive. I highly recommend staying here! We loved it!"

"Panos and his wife wet were excellent hosts. They were very friendly and most helpful. The room was cleaned every day, had a small but adequate (for us) tv and a lovely, quiet air conditioning unit. A 5 minute walk or 10 minute stroll to the harbour and the tavernas. Located up a little bit of an incline but I managed it well enough even while carrying a weeks supply of water for 2 and I’m 68."

"Quite simply the most excellent holiday villa for two. Previous visitors' reviews are entirely correct in their portrayal of this splendid place. It is a masterpiece of design, location, vista, wildlife and comfort. The maitresse de maison Panagiota provides an amazing welcome, she keeps the villa spotless and well maintained. The pool, the garden, the wooded slopes, flotillas of butterflies and swooping swallows, all quite incomparable. Thank you Dionysia for a marvellous vacation in your gem of a villa where the comfort of your guests has been assured by clever (inspired) design."
