Relaxing stay

The property was pretty much as advertised. Short drive to beach and shopping albeit a 1 km drive to the property that needed a 4 wheel drive. You do need a car to stay here comfortably for grocery’s etc. Pool and grounds were lovely. However the top two rentals would be a problem for mobility issues. Overall a friendly quiet lovely place.

Nice retreat off the beaten track

An 8 minute drive from Sãmara you will find this cozy retreat. Casa Mahagoni has all the basics you need to use as a home base while exploring the beautiful coastal area of the Nicoya Peninsula. A 4x4 is a must! Washer and drier appreciated. Spending time on the deck having breakfast with the howler monkeys, hummingbirds and butterflies was the highlight of our stay at Finca Lucky.

Amazing property

Our stay was simply awesome as well as our host. Everyone was polite and helpful. The property was newly constructed and very well designed and maintained. Thank you for having us as guest, we hope to return soon.

Peaceful location

We stayed for five weeks at this location. The property is maintained, the pool is refreshing, owner is on site and very helpful. The cabin has a very comfy bed and a kitchen which you are able to cook meals! The only negative......if you do not have a 4x4 vehicle you will be walking straight up hill to your cabin. The road was very steep. We enjoyed our time and would stay again.

Finca Lucky

This was our first time staying in Samara, and Finca Lucky has been a wonderful place for a couple to stay. The owner, Stephanie, greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the home. Stephanie is an excellent host, very welcoming and great communication. I highly recommend booking at Finca Lucky and meeting Stephanie.
