"The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It had a nice patio to enjoy sitting outdoors. There is a fitness room with a game room/family room gathering area in the basement. The washer and dryer was quite convenient for our stay as well. There are bicycles available at the property to use as well. We would definitely stay again! The king beds in each room were an added bonus!"

"Location and price was bang on! Salzburg is amazing and the accommodation was a short walk to most attractions. Plus the walk is beautiful. It was clean, communication was good and having a kitchen was really handy. "

"At first I was disappointed that I didn't get a small couch as shown in the photos (a comfortable chair/couch is a priority of mine) but the small desk worked fine. I just put a pillow on the hard chair for a little bit of comfort. Otherwise all was great. Loved the slanted windows and fresh air coming in and large bathroom. "Excellent location if you want to be in the middle of shopping. We struggled with the temperature control in the room and it was super noisy all night long being on the main strip (not just from people below, but while we were there they were erecting a construction area so it wouldn’t necessarily be like this all the time). However, the apartment was clean, well equipped and communication with the hotel was excellent. The folks at the reception desk were amazing."

"Very disappointed with Hotels.com not notifying us of a 60euro cleaning fee imposed after a 1 night stay. There add also says theres a full size fridge and a dishwasher however no dishwasher and a small fridge. The quality of a accommodation was well below par.... not at all in line with same rated places. The lady that checked us in was lovely but the additional fees were ridiculous!!! Very very disappointing. "

"The location is good, not in the heart of the old town but a short walk of 10 min. Our problem is that the shower room floods quickly because the drainage is kind of blocked. That should be easily detected and fixed earlier, so a big disappointment."
