(1,001 reviews) The receptionist that booked us in was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen/dining room staff were lovely and very hard working. The hotel was quiet on the whole and we had very little noise at night. We upgraded to a superior room, not sure what the standard rooms are like but ours was small with a wardrobe for one person, we had to use the “superior” chairs as a second wardrobe and the shower situation was diabolical. Two glass doors folded out in front of the toilet that rendered the toilet unusable. I am not a large person but I struggled to shower without knocking my elbows and knees.
