The location is great if you’re flexible where you stay Suffolk County. The hotel is right next to the expressway so NYC or LI beaches are just down the highway’ish! Cozy Studio near major highways. 45mins from NYC & 60 mins from Hamptons.
I found everything to be clean and fresh. Owners were nice. I would stay there again.

Spacious 5-bedroom house, sleeps 11 with AC, WiFi in adorable Ocean Bay Park
1 bedroom 1 bath private entrance
Check in was easy. The room was comfortable enough. Shower was nice size with great water pressure. Sorry we didn’t get to meet our host.
