Staff was very helpful

We went for a surprise anniversary and selected the queen room with harbor view. Was gorgeous but came with impeded view of harbor and construction of a rooftop access area. Not what the advertisements offered. The hotel received my frustration and responded to my concerns promptly and attentively. The focus and attention to my concerns was sincere and most gracious. Thank you to the team. We had a most lovely visit.

The staff were very polite and helpful, letting us drop off our bags a few hours before check in. The rooms were clean and had A/C. They had an excellent breakfast in the mornings. It is also walking distance to many places. Would definitely stay here again.
