"My room had ants and some kind of flying bug. There are also red stains on the carpet which I hope aren't blood. The front desk had no answers for anything. Very frustrating."

"Horrible experience Pictures of the hotels and rooms are not updated. Very runned down. I checked out early. I ended up pay 40 fee that I didn’t know about. Still haven’t gotten my 100 deposit back. Hotels .com did help. It was such a stressful experience"
