The Neighborhood: This is located in the extremely walkable Gateway District of town with lots of restaurants and shopping experiences within a few minutes of the door. Getting Around: There is a light rail stop as well as several bus stops within a block of the condo. Other Things to Note: WE HAVE NO HIDDEN FEES. Dogs are welcome, NO CATS ALLOWED, any other type of animal needs to be approved ahead of time. Some convention dates are not input yet, and will apply regardless of reservations and inquiries made. Rates fluctuate automatically according to a computer-driven algorithm based on supply & demand. But don't worry, your rates will be locked in at the time you pay for your reservation, so if they go up or down, we will not charge you the difference or give you a refund. So no worries - we'll honor your original rates :-) We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, one self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit, and one baby stroller free of charge on request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each may incur an additional cost. Last-minute requests are not guaranteed. This is a full-time vacation rental - it is not cluttered with an owner's personal items since nobody lives here.
