Lots of parking, safe neighborhood. Coffee, cream, and sugar provided. Okay: Entrance is through the garage, and keypad is to the left of the garage door. It would have been helpful to state this clearly in the instructions. Heat is through a small space heater, which is ok for me, but could be a bit chilly if you're not used to it. Bad: Dog runs around upstairs late at night, which sounds thunderous. The bed was comfortable, and the house was quiet. I slept well and went about my business. Central location was perfect for canyon access and downtown visits.
