Burn holes in the bedding, stains on the bedding. Carpet missing from entry. Room number missing from door. Lamp was stained and off the wall. We immediately returned keys and left. Refund was processed timely and clerk was friendly.

This place was terrifying. The room was disgusting, not clean at all. Half the lights didn’t work and the covers for them were half off and crooked. The curtains were gross and disheveled. The bathroom was dirty, toilet not cleaned, towels had been used and stained. Had to wear my flip flops in the shower to even use it.the bed has crumbs and hairs in it, slept on top of the covers with a blanket covering it and the pillows. The area felt unsafe and the deadbolt didn’t even work. Used the chair in the dining area to secure the door handle for the night. The whole area outside the room was disgusting and never been cleaned. People outside in their cars doing drugs right next to our car. The whole area is beautiful but this hotel is terrible, unsafe and I couldn’t wait to leave,
Everything was very bad. Towels completely dirty without changing. The sheets were also stained, cigarette butt holes all over the furniture in the room, the bathtub was super disgusting. I found hair in the sheets. The curtains stained with drops of blood. It has been the worst establishment I have ever stayed in.
it was dirty you get one towel,wash cloth andone hand towel for 7 days . no maid no soap . my feet were black just walking in the room. Than a big man pounds on the door the thrid and tells me my was not paid and i needed to pay now. Icalled the front front desk and the lady stated it was a mistake . I will never stay at a motel 6 again

Booked this for my son, and when he got there they said they didn’t have a room and turned him away
The first room had a sticky floor. Stains in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. The second room was marginally better. Old soap in the tub. No new soap shampoo. More disgusting stains on the floor, but it was late and I just decided to stay there. I’ve stayed there in the past. I’ll never stay there again. Absolutely disgusting.
The rooms looks like its falling apart and smelled like stale tobacco smoke. When i came into the rooms, with a no smoking sign, i had to let it air out for 20 minutes before settling in. I reserved two rooms for my traveling party and couldnt stop finding things that were wrong or abnormal.
Dressers that were damaged or all around broken, damaged furniture, and zero complimentary anything. Not even shampoo. There was a single towel in each 2 bed room.
The closet door is gone.
Overall everything seems cleaned, but there are still stains and mildew in the bathroom and kitchen.
If you just need a bed, and that's it, here's your stay, if you want *any* comfort beyond walls and a bed, go somewhere else.
I hate to leave a negative review....but the property is worn down... I booked a 2 night stay and stayed one night ..it was so bad... police cars going in and out of property all the time...my first non smoking room I checked into was dirty and smelled of smoke...manger admitted and even showed me a picture of the beer cans and cigarette buts of the previous renter of this room...I demanded a new room...a bit cleaner but the locks did not work..the third room was next to managers office and was a bit better but lacked everything you might want in a kitchenette style unit...the neighborhood is sketchy ..dont take your wives and kids here.. if your a single guy and you don t care about amenities and your a smoker this is the place for you
This property has had no maintenance: leaking toilets (floor seal), broken shower valves (no hot water), rank odors, smoking odors in non-smoking rooms, cigarette burn marks in the blankets, no hangers, non-working or absent closet doors, unusable bathroom faucet aerators, missing or broken door locks, missing tv remote controls, broken floor tiles, black mold in the showers, broken air units, and beds without sheets.
Poor service, front desk staff unhelpful. Room reeked of bleach, was rundown and dingy. Mattress was terrible. We immediately checked out and did not stay.

Roches in 3 different rooms they put me in, first two rooms werent cleaned last two rooms smelled terrible and had roaches. Really wish i could of gotten a refund
We checked in with the first room that we checked into was that wasnt cleathe no one I claimed it so they gave us a handicap 1 when we start attacking showers roaches start to coming out the pipes and all Uber the room i had set my fool down to go take a shower when i came back i had baby roaches in my food

They hotel double charged me on a seperate occasion (12/12) and they blamed it on an employee that recently was fired for breaking company policies etc. I tried to get a refund or credit for their mistake a couple days later after realizing my bank account was in the negative due to the charge and the hotel clerk refused to credit me any type of compensation. Either way, they are a Guest services business the satisfaction and safety of their customer base is crucial and should be priority #1 especially when ia complaint is brought to their attention due to a mistake caused by a expired employee. Unacceptable!! I realize they are a seperate enrity from u ppl but my frustration is boiling when ur a temporary homeless person stuggling to make end meet.
Dirty, non smoking room smelled like someone had been smoking cat urine.

Dont get a smoking room from them its trashy heater didnt work no toels no t.p not blankets and dirty but the non smoking rooms are great clean and nice
The room was absolutely disgusting. There was stains all over the carpet, show curtains and curtains for the window. I tried to switch rooms but the staff told me that wasn’t going to happen and wouldn’t refund our money.
My reservation was not arranged for, so I didn't get the room I requested & needed. The room was dirty, linens/towels were dingy & cheap. There were what appeared to be fist-sized holes in the bathroom door, & the curtains were badly broken. Bed was fairly comfortable. There is no housekeeping, even during a week stay. You have to take your linens/towels to the office to be swapped out. You have to go to the office to request toilet paper. This was not communicated in any way upon my arrival. The refridgerator didn't work & all my food was ruined. There were cockroaches in the bathroom.

We had to switch rooms because the TV did not work. The next room had the remote to the TV missing. This room also had pee around the toilet and cockroches. The bedding had cigarette burns. The air conditioner would not shut off.

Smelled like urin the moment we stepped in nothinng was cleaned or wiped off floor was sticky like it hadent been moped in years. Very displeased that someone could even think of that being okay to sleep in.

The bathroom was so gross that my husband and I did not use the shower. There was inly 1 towel anyways and the other towels looked used already. The fridge/freezer ended up randomly defrosting while we slept and there was water in the kitchenette area. There was no trash can. It did not look like it was cleaned before we arrived, only the beds made. For some reason my husband had to give his ID even though I booked the reservation online and gave my ID already, which the reservation was under my name.
