Pros: Our wake up call and shuttle reminder were nice
Cons: The pillows were about half the normal size.
We were just there for a short overnight stay due to an early morning flight.

Quiet and comfy

Our only disappointment was the pool or spa wasn't open. My kids were ready and in their suits on a 72 degree day, only to find out the pool was closed. That's the major part that disappointed us. With traveling 10 hours in the car prior to arrival, our kids needed that exercise. When booking this hotel I didn't see anywhere that the pool was closed. A heads up on that would've been nice as we would've probably chosen somewhere else with one that was open.

Hotel staff rude and not trained properly

Pros: Location and price, room was clean
Cons: Customer service the employees and manager were very rude and not trained well.
The staff at this Quality Inn and Suites were rude and not trained well, this includes the manager. I booked on line and was expecting to have to leave a card number in case of incidentals, the staff told me that I had to leave a $50 room deposit with no explanation why. They were argumentative and horrible customer service. The only good was the room was very clean, easy freeway access and the price was affordable.

Close to airport

Good clean place to stay and good price. We wanted something close to airport due to our flight arriving late st night. Needed to sleep and then we could get back on road the next day.

Lousy Airport Shuttle Pick UP

The shuttle servcie is spotty taking more that 50 minutes at airport pick up when they used the service from The Comfort Inn. The early morning drop off was timely and efficient. The WiFi in this hotel could be better.

Front Desk Star

Just a night away from the city to study and relax. Nothing worth writing home about happened, but it was very nice. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and open hearted. That I would have to dedicate the star of the night to. He's so polite and easy to talk to.
