Lady at the counter was pretty friendly. I rocked up at 3 and while the room should be ready at 1, it was not ready for another 30 minutes after I got there though I did make a late booking, I would have thought they would have rooms ready. Place is opposite a refinery so not much traffic. Carpet was threadbare, sink was well stained. OK for a nights stay when the inner city places were full but not as well set up as it could be.

The young lady who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There was a a lot of traffic noise from tge freeway but that is to be expected. After driving through 4 states, I barely noticed.

Staff is most excellent - It’s not particularly “dirty” but older and appears that way. The pool wasn’t open :( There are hairdryers in the room or shampoos conditioner- not Complaining, just informing :) The price was more than fair for the accommodation and once again, the staff is what makes It have 2/3 of the stars :)

The shower floor was cracked and had some hair in it. The bathroom had holes in the Sheetrock. No shampoo, only a bar of soap. There was a load nois that lasted about 8 minutes that may have been a cooling fan with bad bearings. The mattress was comfortable, the bedspread had cigarette burn holes as well as the curtains. It’s just an old property with need for maintenance.

Things not kept up properly. Was put in what may have been a smoking room (which I did not want) and had a heavy smell, but no ashtray to designate that it was supposed to be a smoking room. To me that just says, not taken care of properly. I addressed my animals accident and they seemed really unconcerned and I am not convinced they were going to sanitize it. I hope they did. The area of the hotel was just not the best, although blaming the hotel themselves is not entirely appropriate here. For our quick stay, I guess it was alright, just a few more cleanliness details could have made this a lot better. HOWEVER! In general the staff was EXCEPTIONAL with coordinating everything and making sure my pets were situated! I give all the stars possible for the staffs kindness!

Great place

Limited food options but overall good place! We stayed here after Hotel.com refused to help us with the last hotel after they robed us and lied about check in. The front desk person was awesome and friendly, and for the price, the rooms are great. No microwave, but it was defiantly better than alot of places we've been to!

The staff greeted us well. Coffee and donuts in the morning. Did not eat or drink. Toilet would not fill up. Had to use water from ice bucket. They do not clean shower. Black on the bottom. Opened soap that was used found on the soap holder. This was an old motel 6 and the card on the back of bathroom had the motel 6 card on door. Just a place to sleep. Paining job horrible inside. Wear socks on floor. Sink plunge did not work. I’m not bougie but this was subpar. Not worth $80

Excellent for what it is - a motel. It is not a hotel. If that is what you want, Hampton Inn is next door. For a passing through and need a clean and comfortable place to stop and rest for the night, for a very reasonable price, I doubt you will find a better motel to fill that criterium.
