Enjoy all of the modern amenities in this beautiful Salt Lake City 1-bedroom condo. The secure garage is on the ground floor. The full kitchen and living room with a queen pullout sofa bed are on the second floor, and the master suite with king size bed are on the third floor. Delicious local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are within walking distance.
The Delta Center, the State Capital, dozens of live music venues, two malls, and the historic Mormon Temple are all within a few minutes drive.
When you aren’t enjoying city life, relax indoors with the large TVs in both the living room and master bedroom. We also have a BlueTooth sound-system, and high-speed WiFi. Other amenities include brand new appliances: refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, air fryer, blender, washer and dryer, and an iron.
The walls are nearly sound-proof, so you can enjoy the proximity to the bustling downtown with minimal city noise. We have black-out curtains in the master bedroom so you can sleep in a little after your night on the town.
We have put our hearts into making this a special place for you to stay while you enjoy our city. We have been VRBO Premier Hosts for over 10 years and pride ourselves on quickly meeting your needs.
We have a collapsible baby bed, high chair, toddler plates, utensils, and toys on site. We also have available babysitting by a lovely college student who is an experienced child-care professional for a fee.

An okay stay

Overall it was fine, but some aspects of the house were uncomfortable. The AC barely reached the 3rd floor room, making the room very hot. Any sound or vibration from the street was amplified so I thought at many points that a small earthquake was happening. There is a beeping sound at night that I got up at 3am to inspect and I couldn't find the source, but it was very bothersome. The kitchen window has no shade or blinds so other apartments can look straight into the home.
