The location for our needs was perfect. And the fact we were able to bring our pups with us was everything. Very nice cozy little apartment. Perfect for my wife and I and our two little dogs. The only thing that wasn’t great was the area for the dogs to use the bathroom. But it worked and there was a nice dog park on it a few blocks south on 300. So it’s definitely not worth losing a star over. The communications with the manager was very efficient and helpful.

Enjoyed our two nights here. Easy to walk to Delta Center for a hockey game and appreciated the amenities in the complex. The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable. If we come back to SLC, we'll book here again.

Perfect place to recuperate after a crazy week!

I needed a sanctuary to recuperate at after being an event planner for a conference at the Salt Palace. This was the perfect spot. Comfy and clean! Everything you need in the kitchen!

Close to convention center

Great location for our volleyball tournament at the convention center. Perfect size for my family of 3, very comfortable and stocked with everything we needed and more! Would definitely stay again!

The location is perfect if you're attending an event at the Delta Center. It was clean for the most part, but the carpet in the bedroom is filthy. The amenities were good. Obtaining the key and all the scanning for security inside the building was a hassle imho, and for that reason, I would not stay again. I also did not appreciate the continued messaging from the host. All check in, check out and rules should be stated at time of booking or in the listing.

Great Downtown SLC stay

I attended a conference for work at the Salt Palace and this location was perfect for walking to the event and meals before and after. The furnishings were clean and modern. The communication with the host was great. We loved that it was dog friendly. We would stay here again.

A great unit in a very central area; super well maintained. Plenty of linens and pillows; lots of closet space and a terrific work desk. Has great water pressure in the shower which is always a bonus. Kitchen has all the basics and a great coffee maker. Make this your home away from home when in Salt Lake City!

Wonderful Stay

My friends and I were going to a concert at the Delta Center and this apartment was perfect. It was close enough we could walk and we felt super safe. We were 3 girls so feeling safe was really important for us, but the entire apartment building is very secure; we felt safe the whole time. The apartment is also very clean, cute, and well taken care of. The pictures are true to how the apartment looks. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The perfect work trip

First of all it helped that my work was so close so I could easily walk there. I was out for a 5 day trip and everything was perfect. The management was so responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was so cute with a nig bed and a big tub and the perfect sized kitchen. Check in was very clear and easy. This place would be my first choice when I i visit again.

Great Place in the Heart of Salt Lake

Stayed in this well appointed 1 bedroom apartment for 3 nights with my son. Great stay from start to finish with a parking garage that could easily accommodate my truck. We utilized the kitchen on more than one occasion and it had everything you could need. About the only negative I can think of is the noise factor from the adjacent road, but you have to expect it due to the downtown location. Would stay here again in the future.

Super clean and quiet location. There was virtually no sound from neighbors or the street. It comes with a parking spot in the garage. It's a short walk to a Jazz game. Great host, highly recommended!

Very conveniently located apartment in downtown SLC in a modern building with wonderful amenities! Ping pong, pool tables & roof top barbecue grills make this a fun choice for travelers! The condo itself was perfect- fully stocked kitchen with dual coffee maker (drip & keurig!) washer/dryer, & pull out sofa if needed. Contact person was very helpful & directions into the unit came with pictures & precise easy to follow steps for entry. Very secure building with one parking space in a garage & Fob key was needed everywhere! Would definitely stay here again!

Apt on the edge of downtown

Very cute apt , comfortable king bed. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Ample lighting for reading. Natural light during the day with blackout curtains for night time. Close to the I 15. Small market within walking distance and burger place across the street. 20 minute drive to the university of Utah. Had an issue when I misplaced the fob. I contacted management and they responded promptly and so understanding. I did find it. I was able to watch the snow fall right outside the picture window. I would stay here again.

Convenient place to stay

Overall this was a great place to stay. Conveniently located for our purposes and clean & quiet. The bed was on the firm side but that is what we like so it worked great for us. Very well stocked though strangely there were no wahclothes for the provided body wash. I gave 4 stars for communication with the property manager for the following reason. On arrival I did not initally receive check-in instructions (this is an issue with VRBO, not this particular listing) so I sent a message to the property manager on VRBO and left a voicemail on the phone number in the listing. 30 anxiety filled minutes later and I was still at the airport waiting for a return call or message. I called again and thankfully the property manager answered and was very helpful once I was able to reach him (I never did receive a response to my written message.) So I took away 1 star for that lack of communication.

Nice property close to Downtown Salt Lake City

This property is in a nice building, and very nicely decorated. It is relatively close to Downtown Salt Lake City, with most of my favorite places within walking distance. The buildings seems secure, and it's nice to have parking included. However, the bed is very uncomfortable, especially if you are sleeping with another person. The mattress is hard and you can feel every movement of anyone sleeping on it. Additionally, bring your earplugs. The unit is right next to a very busy street. Cars pass all night long, so if you're a light sleeper, you likely won't be able to rest well. Also, the check-in process is a little difficult to navigate. The host provides great instructions, but you have to park on a busy street to get the keys to let you in the garage. I had to make a few trips around the block to make this work. Then check-out is similar, but reversed. For the price, I would have just paid for parking and stayed in a nice downtown hotel, if I had it to do again.
