*This home was remodeled from top to bottom in 2014. All flooring, cabinets, bathrooms, windows, appliances...everything...was replaced to give you the most comfortable experience possible.

*Sugarhouse. If you know Salt Lake, you know that this is the hottest, most centrally located neighborhood in the valley. Walking distance to great restaurants, a half-mile to the freeway, 15 min to the SLC airport, 10 min to downtown or the University of Utah, and your favorite ski resort is less than 30 minute away.

*Space. Many homes say they sleep 12 people but they are 2/3 bedrooms, meaning people are sleeping in every nook of the house. This home is 4 bedrooms with two large living areas and a gorgeous kitchen. In this home you'll have plenty of space during the day, while the West Elm decorated bedrooms will be warm and inviting at night.

*Personal touch. We have both spent our careers in the hotel industry and we know what makes a great overnight experience. We are NOT a vacation rental management company, trying to juggle hundreds of visitors per night. Read the reviews - one of the things our guests comment on most is the high level of personalized attention they get before and during their stay. We stayed here one night during a road trip. Very nice house and clean. The kids were thrilled to have the entire basement level to themselves, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a lounge area with big couches. We walked to the Dodo restaurant nearby and to Baskin Robbins ice cream, all very convenient.

This place was perfect! My son lives nearby, so the location was great. This house was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals there. There’s a park across the street to walk in, coffee and ice cream and restaurants at a walkable distance. We had a great time and will stay again!

Unbeatable access to all the Utah resorts. Great resturaunts within walking distance. One of the best parks in SLC is across the street. Clean, efficient, and comfortable home was a perfect Christmas for our family of 7 adults.

Can't say enough about what a wonderful home this was. Comfortable beds and furniture, well laid-out kitchen. Would love to comment on how wonderful the owners were at addressing our complaints, but we didn't have any... would definitely stay here again on our next trip to SLC.

The house was clean and the perfect size. downsides: the street was under heavy construction so was hard to get in and out, the front/back lawns weren’t mowed, our truck had difficulty getting up the narrow drive (bushes should’ve been trimmed, a huge load of linens was left in the dryer. Otherwise, great place and I’d rent again after street construction is complete.

This is a very well appointed home with all the essentials stocked, nice linens, hand soaps and sufficient cookware and basics for your dining in needs The home accommodates four couples comfortably with ample space and seating . It is across a busy street from a nice walking park and has good freeway access. The parking can be a challenge.
