The home was clean and enjoyed the jacuzzi and river view. Had issues with getting the fireplace started so the property manager sent a maintenance guy over pretty quickly to get it activated. We do a few staycations up the canyon every year. This place comfortably for our group. The bathroom situation is a little funky, but was not problem for our group. The location is primo!! The view was gorgeous, beds were comfortable, the entertainment/living room was perfect for a large group (the pictures don’t do it justice), the hosts were very responsive if we needed anything, and it was located close to the mountains. This looks to be an old cabin that was eventually turned in to a lodge and restaurant. It is right on a small river as the photos show. One side of the "lodge" is all glass, with beautiful views. It's really unbelievable. It looks like much of the open space lodge was turned into bedrooms. Fireplaces are great, beds are great. Once can certainly pick on the kitchen and/or bathrooms. Kitchen is on the smaller size and older. So if you plan to cook up a feast here this place may not be for you. But that is not what this lodge is about. It is about the grandeur of living in nature, amongst bustling trees, with the sound of a busy river running right by and as you look up you stare in to the beautiful mountains or on a clear night a starry sky. ##### Lawrence M.
