Being downtown, you have the best eateries in the state, only one block to grocery store, & you`re still only 40 mins from Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, 40 mins from Park City, & an easy 10 mins from the airport.

Lovely well equipped condo in an old house. Only problem was the bathroom is off the bedroom so not great for 1 couple in sitting room and 1 in bedroom.

Worst rental experience of my life!

Shabby old house turned in to shabby old apartments with questionable wiring. When we arrived it was dark already and the front porch lights were blinking on and off (and continued to do so all night long) To make it worse the stairwell light was blinking on and off as well and had a window partially facingfacing a a window to one of the "sleeping a

Horrible experience! Dust and toxic stove!

Arrived and there’s dust in various places in house. AC units are full of dust. The stove was putting out dangerous gas into air and setting off the alarm. Asked host for help and he arrived two hours later to help. Host was rude and aggressive about our concerns and raised his voice to my girlfriend and eventually left after not being helpful in our situation. He then came back to ask us to leave with full refund. The host doesn’t treat his customers with respect and is dismissive about our concerns (gas and dust). He didn’t say he would permanently fix these problems so I wouldn’t recommend anyone else staying here.
