Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest. 8\. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. \-If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000\. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Well stocked with everything needed except laundry soap. The beds and linens are soft and comfortable. Location is great but we still had some issues with the trains. The trains only blared the horns maybe a couple times during the evening but the dinging from the guard rails was annoying as well as the shaking. Kinda feels like a small earthquake. What helped us was running the fan during the night time hours. It can get pretty warm in the upstairs bedrooms. I didn’t realize this home had 3 floors. If you have heavy luggage it might be a little difficult to get larger bags up to the third floor bedrooms. The house was super clean and smelled fantastic.
