Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest. 8\. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. \-If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000\. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. With plenty of space for everyone, king beds, and two bathrooms, the ladies had lots of space. We loved the location to shopping, restaurants and the view of the Delta center while working out and the temple lights at night. The hot tub was fun to relax in the evening! The unit was exactly as listed, very bright, spacious, and comfortable. The gym was large with modern equipment , and the pool deck looked magnificent (although we did not have time to use it).
