Charming Central 2 Bed Liberty Wells Apartment

Centrally located, mellow apartment in the heart of Liberty Wells. Less than five minutes to downtown SLC, close to public transportation, and great access to the freeways to get anywhere in the valley. Access to a backyard with a shaded porch. Five minute drive to Costco, Target, WinCo, Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Smiths, and Walmart. Three minute drive to Liberty Park. Less than ten minutes to City Creek Center.
The space
This is one unit in a home of three units. It's entirely separated and has two private entrances. The only shared amenity is the backyard. The private laundry area is in the garage behind the home. It has a spacious, bright living room, two bedrooms and a bright kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. There are ceiling fans in every room and a swamp cooler to provide cool air in the summer.
Guest access
There is off site parking for one vehicle behind the home. Just make sure you don't park in front of the garage.

There are other tenants in the house, so please be conscious of them and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm...!
