"The house was fine and the pets were secure. The first ad implied you were right on the beach. But when you progressed further, it said a 3 minute walk but didn't mention stairs. I'm 70 years old and it was not a 3 minute walk. I had to drive so I could take the dogs for a walk on the beach. We all enjoyed the beach. Very limited on takeaway meals but overall I enjoyed my stay. Another thing, the ad stated ceiling fan in the main bedroom but there wasn't one and if it had been hot I would have been extremely upset. Also lots of dust collecting items throughout that had not been dusted for some time especially the cups hanging in the kitchen."

"Room had balls of fluff all over the walls and beds, couldn't shower as it broke when turned on, laundry wasn't available to use as stated in booking it was.
Staff was not well presented and rude. Was outside our room 30 minutes before checkout and stayed there till check out.
Very disappointed.
Won't let me attach photos."

"Everything was good except for the check in. Arrived around 6 15pm, reception was closed (said it will be open). Had to call staff and was instructed to just open the room and get in. The room was locked. There was no key to enter. After calling again staff came in and opened the door and asked me to come to the reception to check in. After I checked in went back to the room to find that there was no key inside, as informed. Had to go back to the reception to get the key.It was a hectic process. Never experienced this before in any place. (the good thing was there was no delay in making the call and staff arriving)
However the room was clean and the facilities were as expected. "
