Stress Melter!!!

Very relaxing! Excellent views! Parking was tough. There are provisions to park elsewhere, but it is a walk. Be creative, and park around the block. Stairs are tough if you have knee or leg issues. Coffee pot was there, but is tricky to use, as it is an inexpensive model. Note: no air conditioning. Beach towels would be a welcome addition. This place melts the stress away. We would definetely stay again!

Un trÚs bon séjour !

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs bonne semaine de vacances chez JosĂ© . L’appartement est trĂšs fonctionnel, et trĂšs bien placĂ© avec la plage juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© et le supermarchĂ©. Nous avons aussi beaucoup profitĂ© de la terrasse qui offre une vue absolument magnifique . La communication avec JosĂ© a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs fluide et trĂšs facile . Nous recommandons cet endroit surtout Ă  cette pĂ©riode de l’annĂ©e !

Emplacement idéal et reposant

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cet appartement. J’ai longtemps hĂ©sitĂ© Ă  choisir un logement dans le centre de Salou mais finalement je ne regrette pas d’avoir choisi Cap Salou. Beaucoup plus calme et nature. Et cette vue depuis la terrasse et juste Ă  couper le souffle. Attention cependant logement non adaptĂ© aux personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite, ainsi que le quartier oĂč il y a de trĂšs nombreuses montĂ©es et descentes. Le parking mĂȘme s’il n’est pas juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© et un rĂ©el atout car en plein mois d’aoĂ»t il n’y a jamais de place en bas. Merci Ă  JosĂ© pour sa disponibilitĂ© et son efficacitĂ© quand nous avons eu des problĂšmes. Pour les environs vous avez plusieurs plages Ă  proximitĂ© mais ma prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e reste Cala Crancs, vous pouvez y accĂ©der soir par la route soit en prenant le chemin de ronde qui passe en bas du logement. Les commerces et restaurants/bars Ă  proximitĂ© sont un plus. Le super marchĂ© Michelangelo trĂšs bien pour dĂ©panner mais trĂšs cher. si je devais planifier un nouveau voyage Ă  Salou sans hĂ©siter je reviendrai dans ce logement.

Ruhige Fewo mit wunderbaren Meerblick

Es war alles sehr schön in der Wohnung. Alles da, was man braucht. Vorallem der wunderbare Ausblick auf das Meer von der großen Terrasse aus.

Prachtig uitzicht

Fijn verblijf. Mooi strandje vlak bij. Vanaf de parkeerstrook tot de voordeur: 50 treden. Met een koffer best wel zwaar. Zeer prettige respons van eigenaar.

TrĂšs bon mais trĂšs chaud sejour

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sejour. La vue est splendide et l'emplacement au top pour Cap Salou (proche des superettes, restaurants, pharmacie..). Pas besoin de voiture. Le parking fermĂ© est Ă  environ 400m. Aucune chance d'avoir une place dans la rue l'Ă©tĂ©. Appartement renovĂ©. Il est au calme et Ă  2mn de la mer 😊 Les moins: pas de climatisation. Nous avons eu tres chaud. Il manque un aspirateur ou balai pour l'interieur ainsi que des rangements pour les vetements. Et un peu de vaisselle. C'est un peu juste en poele, casserole et verres.

Superbe vue

Un super logement qui correspond bien Ă  l’annonce. Le +++ : une vue vraiment magnifique ! Le ++ : un logement rĂ©novĂ© parfait pour 4 personnes dans un quartier calme en face de la crique Le + : le linge de maison fourni Un petit bĂ©mol cependant pour l’absence de climatisation. MĂȘme s’il y a des ventilateurs, dans la mesure oĂč l’appartement est orientĂ© sud-ouest, la tempĂ©rature dans le logement monte trĂšs haut y compris la nuit. C’est un peu dommage. Mis Ă  part cela, tout est trĂšs bien ! Nous recommandons.

Gepflegte Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem wunderschönen Blick von der großzĂŒgigen Terrasse. Das Meer ist in 100 Meter von der TĂŒr, mehrere StrĂ€nde in der NĂ€he. Ein kleiner Supermarkt gibt es auch in 300 m von der Wohnung. Der Besitzer ist sehr aufmerksam, es ist leicht ihn zu erreichen und er war sehr bemĂŒht, alle Fragen zu klĂ€ren. Im April ein wunderbares Ort fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Cap de Salou September 2019

Sehr geehrter Senor Bravo, wir haben uns in ihrer neu renovierten Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, besonders die Terrasse mit der Aussicht hat es uns angetan, dort haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht. Die Wohnung selbst ist fĂŒr 4 Personen geeignet, auch ist genĂŒgend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden, es fehlt aber leider an kleinen Details (z.B. SalatschĂŒsssel, WeinglĂ€sser (haben 4 besorgt)). Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, ca. 50m von einer kleinen Badebucht entfernt, fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf ist in der NĂ€he alles vorhanden. Dennoch empfehle ich ein Auto, da die grĂ¶ĂŸeren SupermĂ€rkte nicht zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Auch um nach Salou zu kommen, ist ein Auto sehr vorteilhaft. ParkplĂ€tze haben wir immer gefunden, wenn auch nicht unbedingt direkt vor der Wohnung. Wir möchten uns nochmals herzlich fĂŒr die schnelle Antwort auf meine Email und das unkomplizierte Angebot fĂŒr die neu renovierte Ersatzwohnung bedanken!!! MfG Ute und Heinrich

Superbes vacances avec vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cet appartement refait Ă  neuf et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©.Mes 3 filles ont des images pleins les yeux ! L'emplacement est juste magnifique avec une trĂšs belle terrasse sur laquelle nous avons profitĂ© de tous les couchĂ©s de soleil. Une plage trĂšs trĂšs propre juste au pied de la rĂ©sidence, un luxe non nĂ©gligeable. Le propriĂ©taire JosĂ© a Ă©tĂ© gĂ©nial et a rĂ©pondu toujours prĂ©sent quant Ă  nos sollicitations pour les premiers rĂ©glages, il a Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© de trĂšs bon conseil quant Ă  la qualitĂ© des restaurent qu'il nous a conseillĂ©, notamment une trĂšs bonne pizzeria (feu de bois)Ă  cotĂ© de l'appartement.Tout est Ă  proximitĂ© et vous n’avez quasiment pas besoin de votre vĂ©hicule mĂȘme le centre de Salou est accessible en bus (navette rĂ©guliĂšre) 5/10 minutes ou bien 30 minutes Ă  pieds pour les courageux comme nous !!!! Nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs bonnes vacances et avons dĂ©couvert de superbes paysages en nous promenant Ă  pieds. Pour une premiĂšre fois Ă  Salou nous ne regrettons absolument rien et nous reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir. Un grand grand merci Ă  JosĂ© qui fait parti de ces professionnels rares qui portent une importance particuliĂšre quant au confort de ses clients et ça c’est une qualitĂ© exceptionnel. Merci encore et Ă  trĂšs vite .......je vais dĂ©jĂ  rĂ©server pour l'annĂ©e prochaine !!!!
