This spacious and elegant 3-bedroom apartment is located in the centre of Salou, just 400 metres from the beach and close to all the city's services. The apartment is away from the tourist hustle and bustle, making it a quiet place to rest after a day of sightseeing.



The Joel 1 apartment has a communal area with a swimming pool and children's play area, which makes it ideal for families with children. Additionally, it is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to enjoy a peaceful stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, including a dishwasher, a spacious living-dining room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub).
