The UHC SOL I MAR FAMILY COMPLEX is located in a privileged setting in Salou. A few steps from Paseo Miramar and Ponent Beach.



Ponent Beach, awarded the Blue Flag, offers excellent services such as sunbed rental, parasols, disabled access, lifeguard posts every few metres and numerous parks and children's areas. If you are looking to spend a beach holiday with your family, this apartment is what you are looking for. It is an old and unique building in Salou. It has been completely renovated with great taste, preserving its great modernist value.



DISTRIBUTION:

The apartment with a capacity of up to 8 people consists of a bright living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped independent kitchen, a main bedroom type suite with a double bed and a private bathroom (with shower), another bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. The 2 bedrooms share another larger bathroom with a bathtub.



GOOD TO KNOW

- No group bookings are accepted.

- Seasonal outdoor communal swimming pool. (On the building's rooftop)

- Optional parking with a supplement. (Not suitable for large cars)

- This apartment does not have a terrace, but it does have large windows.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

L'appartement est spacieux, très très bien situé. Il est très bien équipé.Proche des commerces, et de la plage. Peut être un rideau occultant dans la chambre qui contient la salle de bain. Une poêle un peu plus grande dans l'équipement cuisine
