Great location, so close to raven's (?) trail to bike or walk to the incredible bird sanctuary near by. The food at Brixx was OK, not great. Dirty floor, noisy ventilation, no control over room temperature, bad smell, furniture in poor condition, noisy rooms next door and above, poor quality television, bathroom in bad condition.
