"A gorgeous hotel in the centre of a small town. It was initially difficult to find and locate the entrance to the underground car park but this turned out to be very convenient and totally safe. Check-in was easy but we were surprised that the best way to reach our room was by going out of the front of the hotel to re-enter by another door. This was not a problem and the lifts were good. "Nice small hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are in good condition, likely renovated lately, only small minus comes from beds and pillows, not the best quality and pillows were so big and full, it was hard to use those. Good location in the middle of the lovely Spa. Would come again!"
"Premium Kamer is echt netjes en mooi. Echter het hotel zegt op hun eigen site dat alle kamers zicht hebben op het meer. Zicht op is een breed begrip. Wel zicht op een bouwplaats aangezien de wellness nog niet klaar is.
Restaurant is prima beetje aan de prijs maar goed waar is dat niet tegenwoordig."
"Beautiful, luxury and spacious room, excellent and varied breakfast, quiet establishment, close to the city centre on foot (less than 10 minutes), delicious aperitif platters at the bar, secure parking, in short, perfect!"
"Great for the introvert, didn’t see anyone at all during my 2 day stay but I was happy in the knowledge that I could call on someone if I needed to. Nice easy place to stay."

"This hotel is great. Beautiful, clean, the rooms are big, the amenities are great. It seems most appropriate for couples but families with older kids will love it too. "
"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are modern and clean. The food is exquisite but pricey. Dinner for 2 was 30 percent more than we paid for the room but worth it.
The staff seem new or not well trained. It was a bit faulty towers at times. Many young people but when we walked in to the hotel we were kind of ignored for about 10 minutes while 2 people dealt with one customer in french.. we booked for dinner but when we got to the restaurant there were more faulty towers moments when after being ignored again we managed to interrupt someone and were told we’d have to eat inside which was not what we booked. Eventually a manager came and said just wait 10 mins and we will sort it. It took a Long time to get a glass of champagne, like how hard can it be, but I think it’s just they have a bunch of kids working there out of university over summer holidays. Could have given us a glass of something to say sorry .. but it’s very French. You’re a bit of an inconvenience and definitely some of the team have never operated at high level or under stress. But look beyond because the place is so beautiful. I’d definitely come back but next time rock up in my Ferrari and I might get a different reaction.

The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was plentiful with a wide selection of hot and cold options. The spa was an added bonus. Overall, a superb hotel."
"We booked a family room for the third week in July. Receptionist welcoming and spoke English. Room was of a good size, with bunk beds over the main double bed for our family. A couple of niggles though: The lighting system is confusing. There are limited instructions as to how to turn them off, though this is in German and French and not English. If you are reading this and having the same problem, you need to click the left hand switch twice to turn them off and have the room and darkness, otherwise every time you turn one light off, another one will turn on in the room. It took a call to the concierge to find this out (I suspect he was a little annoyed, as he told me twice that the instructions were on the wall - maybe expecting Facebook, French or German). Though the room was clean, the carpet needs washing, as there was an order of stinky feet to it. The room was also very hot, even with a ceiling fan, so you may want to bring a fan of your own to keep cool during the night."
