  • Welcome to the Gîte de la Fantaisie (47150 Salles)



    Our guesthouse was born out of a desperate need for a holiday… going away with 8 dogs was completely impossible! While visiting Cyril’s family, we all fell in love with the wide-open spaces, the tranquility, and the warmth of the people in the Lot-et-Garonne region—and then with this beautiful building!



    By 2024, we were ready to take our first holiday with our 8 dogs and our baby. But we’re not really interested in having an empty house the rest of the year, so we’ve decided to turn it into a holiday rental so that you can enjoy it too.



    You’re staying at our home here, but we hope you’ll feel right at home!

We absolutely loved our stay in this large, comfortable gite. The host told us the house was well equipped and it was! Plenty of necessity spare food items, oils, herbs, pasta, rice etc.The bedrooms were large and clean with very comfortable beds. The ceiling fans were very much appreciated and the air conditioning was so pleasant. The communal spaces were modern, comfortable and cool. The appliances were easy to use and new. The pool was wonderful. So welcome on very hot days and clean, and having an extra fridge in this large space was an added bonus.The views were spectacular and we spent many a happy hour under the shade of the pergola or relaxing on the sunbeds reading in the garden. The bird song was lovely and we felt super relaxed and happy as we drifted through our days.This gite is wonderful and we can highly recommend a stay. Superb!
