Great Stay and very clean!

Wonderful sunset getaway
Great for an off-season jaunt! We hit up Ipswich, Newburyport, Portsmouth and more because this stay was so centrally located and easy to get to. Great food and antiques/vintage all around the area

Great location to everywhere we wanted to go. Clean and fun surf / beach decor. Mike was very thorough with information and quick to respond to my messages. Check-in very easy. Also, pet friendly which is a huge plus! Would book again!

Place is super cute and great location to the beach. We rented both units and to have it pet friendly was a plus for us. The owner is great with communication and answered any questions we had. Only complaint is cleaning could of been a little better in certain areas.

Adorable beach apartment
We had a great trip, perfect for my little family and dog. Apartment is super clean and cute. Very convenient walk to the beach and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Distance to beach good, kitchen and neighborhood, not so much
The beach was one block from the house. The kitchen was not well stocked to allow for actual cooking. The grill was coated in grease so that it was unusable. The entrances to the house were overgrown with weeds. There are really no restaurants within walking distance. Beach food is handy, but not our thing. I would not stay here again.

Hi Daniel. I am so sorry our apartment did not meet your expectations and really appreciate the honest feedback. As hosts, it's important to hear both positives and negatives so we can better the experience of our future guest. We have since removed the weeds from the entrances, restocked the kitchen with basic cooking supplies (oil, salt and pepper) and cleaned the grills. We will make sure to do a better job of staying on top of these items going forward. Thank you again.

Salisbury beach Summer 2021
This was a great property! Owner very responsive and gave alot of great ideas on places to go out to eat in the area. But kitchen fully stocked so you can eat in too. We had a lovely mid Summer week! On rainy days lots of places to go exploring in the area! So I would not cancel if bad weather is forecasted , Steps from beach and quiet neighborhood. Tiny piece of paradise
The property was so cute! So close to everything. Had some confusion with the lock on the door. But Mike was so quick to answer and so helpful. Will totally be trying to stay here again!

Home away from home for my family and I. Michael was amazing in accommodating our needs.Location was perfect and literally a minute walk to beach.Only downfall was the mattresses which could use a matress topper and cleanliness could of been better .Other than that we will be back next year:)Had an amazing time and created memories to last a lifetime.

We enjoyed this apartment a lot for a weekend stay close to the spectacular beaches around Newburyport. Everything was as advertised, quiet location, and we would certainly enjoy returning.

Labor Day celebration
We came in to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday and Michael was more than accommodating, extremely helpful and our cottage was wonderful! We had a wonderful time celebrating with family @ Sea Glass. I would highly recommend staying here.

My daughter and her friends stayed for two nights in late August, they were so happy with the short walk to the beach and proclaimed the apartment super cute. Mike the owner was quick to reply and very friendly. We really appreciated the clean, cool, well-stocked apartment!

Great Property Location & Excellent Owner
Location is perfect with about 5 minute walk to the beach in a very safe neighborhood. The apartment was very clean. Kitchen had everything you need. Beds were very comfy. AC was nice and cold since it was hot the week we were there. Perfect size for the 4 of us. A short walk to the attractions and was not concerned letting the kids go without an adult. Mike is an excellent owner, very responsive and highly recommend.

Perfect location
This was the first time in more than 20 years that I have rented at Salisbury Beach. This location could not have been more perfect for my 2 Grandkids. 3 minutes to walk to the beach and 5 minutes to ride their bikes to the arcades at the center. The beach there has always been my favorite section. The house was well maintained and very clean and comfortable. Excellent week there!

I don’t often do reviews, but am going to have to this time. This was our first time renting a VRBO. We had an excellent experience all around. It started with us having to take a few days off our trip after we had already booked, due to our kids having a lot of makeup snow days for school. I emailed Mike, and he refunded us for the days we couldn’t come, no problem. We checked in, and the apartment was beautiful! Fresh paint, cute furniture, thick sheets and towels. All the kitchen utensils you would ever need were stocked in the cabinets. There is a couch that folds out into a bed which was a nice bonus we didn’t realize. We had a problem with the internet not working (we needed this since my poor husband had to do homework for his online Masters program while on vacation)...all it took was a quick email to Mike and it was resolved quickly. We did a lot of sightseeing, so we didn’t spend a ton of time at the apartment. I wish that we would have had more time there to enjoy! The beach is a quick walk and the access is close by. It’s a quiet area and although the Salisbury Beach boardwalk is small, Newburyport and Seabrook are very close. We have friends nearby, and when we do come to visit again will likely try and come back to this apartment and rent from Mike. Thank you for your hospitality, it made our trip so enjoyable!

Excellent Landlord, good location. Prominent police presence in Salisbury MA
Very good home to stay in. Only about 100 steps from the water. Excellent Landlord! Great place to have fun. Careful in Salisbury for there’s Zero tolerance for crime including drinking and driving. So Fun, nice and safe. Highly recommend doing business with such kind and understanding Landlord. Thanks Mike!

Cute beach apartment
Very cute and well stocked apartment a short walk from the beach; kitchen had everything we needed, We had perfect weather so it worked for our family of 6 because we weren't in the apartment much but would be tight for 6 if we had to stay indoors! Owner is super nice. For the $ you can't go wrong for a house so close to the beach. My husband and I walked the beach every morning to get coffee at the Ground Swell and saw whales every morning! Parking is tight around that area- 1 spot was challenging. Trash barrels could be bigger and have covers- an animal got into them a couple of nights. Great family vacation! Thanks.

This is a lovely place and the location is perfect in respect to the beach and center access. It's perfect for a couple and 2 children to be comfortable, however it's not as comfortable for 4 adults and two children but that is just my opinion. A washer and dryer would be a nice addition. Mike is awesome in his quick response if you need anything! We love Salisbury area. We've been going there for over 10 years now to vacation.

Best trip we ever had!
The owner, Mike, is great with communication! We had a few mishaps that were completely out of his hands, but he handled everything in such a professional but still personal way. The apartment is great! The whole atmosphere of the apartment is very calming. We were walking distance from the beach which we spent a majority of our mornings at. At night, we were able to walk down to their boardwalk. Everything about this trip was incredible! We couldn’t have asked for anything more! We’ll definitely be back!

Really fun beach getaway. Excellent landlord too.
If you want a relaxed, easy vacation home and experience come stay here. The beach is close and you don't get the heavy foot traffic that beach side rentals get and you are close to shops and other attractions in Salisbury and Hampton Beach, NH.
