We stayed here for one night and we loved it. It’s at a great location. Close to Newburyport center where all the stores and restaurants are. We arrived late so we did not get a chance to experience the restaurant they have at the facility. The room was beautiful and very clean. Everything was provided. Loved the coastal decor vibe. Easy to check in with a code after 5pm. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Arrived to a room that hadn’t been turned over. They had a miscommunication with their cleaner, which was unfortunate. They moved me to a different room that was all set. The mirror in the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned from the previous guest but the rest of the room was clean. Music was blasting from the upstairs bar at night around 10pm though the bar was empty. It turned off a little later. All in all a descent place and would stay again as it’s still a good value.

The location was excellent in terms of access to Newburyport's harbor, restaurants, walking paths and downtown area. The walk across the bridge was as described. I had a standard room. The bed and bedding were good, and the room had a large television on the wall. The bathroom setup was also good. What was missing for me was a place to sit other than the bed. There was a table underneath the tv with one straightback chair. The setup would not have worked at all for me if there had been bad weather. As it was I was out enjoying Newburyport and family, so that was workable. Kleenex, good size shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste were not provided. Over the weekend I did not hear a lot of noise coming from outside the room, but it was too easily to hear other room noise, including alarms. The checkin procedure requires submitting identification and a photo online. I contacted them saying I was not comfortable with this and was not given a key code until I provided it.

This is my second time staying here. The rooms are clean first time shower was broken. Second time no hot water both times access to the room was a little difficult overall facilities are clean a little noisy but worth a stay. somebody tried coming into my room because of the lack of communication they didn’t know what room they were in. We’ll stay again because of the convenience of the Location.

This was a great stay for the cost on a cold November weekend. Walking distance to town, food, and shopping. Quiet area, short drive to the beaches. Parking on the backside a little confusing as first, but manageable. Would stay here again, as long as the price is still around $125/night.

I was a bit worried by some of the existing comments. We stayed in a deluxe king room (these rooms face the sunrise/sunset/overlook the river). The standard rooms have no view, face the back parking lot fyi. Writing this as someone who stayed during the off season and think we were one of maybe 3 guests staying at the hotel that night. That said, it was incredible! The views from the top deck were so beautiful, seeing Newburyport from across the water. The area was quiet at the time. Parking was available and I requested an end room and that was provided to me without question! The check in process is VIRTUAL the code and room number is sent via email or Expedia message attachment. I loved staying there, would definitely stay again if I get a good price. Room was VERY CLEAN, shower was hot, bed was comfortable. Clean towels and sheets. Well decorated and nice windows. I don’t think I have any complaints at all. The WiFi password was not written down anywhere so that’s my only suggestion is putting that on a paper in the room.
