"This was the perfect spot to gather family and friends for a wedding event nearby. The property is well appointed with many nice touches. We enjoyed the kitchen and dining area. The working farmette with a very entertaining group of "fowl" (chickens, ducks, guineas, peacocks) added the prefect balance of rustic charm, modern convenience and personality. The well appointed game barn was a hit with the guys. Can't say enough about our host - whom has an high hospitality IQ. Not sure if we'll ever be back in the Ramona Wine Country - but know where we'll stay if we do. Well done!"

Access to the house is extremely limited, awkward, and physically difficult, information that was deliberately omitted. Had this been disclosed, we would never have booked. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and misleading.Even worse, the backyard was completely overrun with bees, making the outdoor space dangerous and unusable. This was not a few insects — it was a swarm-level issue that posed a real health threat, particularly to a family member with a known allergy. Advertising outdoor amenities while ignoring an obvious safety hazard is reckless.2. Property in Visible Disrepair — Photos Are a LieThe home is clearly neglected and poorly maintained, and the photos used in the listing are outdated to the point of deception. Inside, there was visible damage throughout — chipped and dented walls, worn surfaces, and broken or unusable furniture, including couches. This property looks like it has not been properly maintained or updated in a long time.3. Shocking"
