Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!

We had such a great stay here. Instantly felt relaxed and the rooms are beautiful. Rooftop pool area was great for relaxing, taking a dip in the pool and having a mojito! Staff are all laid back, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality that we immediately felt at home. The property is beautifully maintained, combining authentic local charm with modern comfort. Our room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the stunning beaches, towns, and countryside of Salento. Every detail has...

Great pool and spacious rooms.

Wonderful, helpful owners/staff. Breakfast was delicious! The area has cafes, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. There is also a supermarket within a few minutes walk. If you want to explore further afield, you will need a car or expect to pay for taxis, as the area isn't served well with public transport (In May at least).

Alessandro the owner was a gentleman and I would reccomend highly staying here and all the restaurants he recommended were superb ! Grazie gentile Alessandro

Wonderful location, fantastic place and brilliant staff. They looked after us and our 2yr old daughter impeccably. And the food was exceptional. Could not fault it in any way.

The hotel is situated off the beaten track and it was very peaceful there, which is just what we were looking for. The room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable, we also had a patio with a lovely double sun lounger. The bathroom was fantastic with a very spacious shower. The light fittings were stunning. The staff were friendly and attentive and we felt well looked after. The food was excellent at both breakfast and supper. The bar served great mocktails. Lovely place, friendly staff and the owner in particular (Vitto) is super nice and very hospitable!

Spectacular place for a stay away from home. Artistically furnished rooms. Friendly staff and great breakfast. The restaurant food could serve down-to-earth food - simple well-cooked Italian food rather than aim at fine dining.

A fabulous setting and beautiful hotel that is well positioned for exploring the area. The food and wine were both excellent.
